Vayah Collection – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Vayah, we want you to absolutely love your shoes. Please read our policy below for smooth and simple returns.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging (shoe box, inserts, etc.)
- Have no marks, scuffs, or signs of wear
To start a return, please contact us at vayah.collections@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or colour, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock levels and will be processed once we’ve received your return in its original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn shoes or items without their original packaging.
Sale items may only be returned for a credit note, unless faulty.
